In respect of many matters including the following we will be able to give you details of the costs at the outset. This would only change if there was a change in the type or amount of work involved in the matter. This applies to the following work:-

• Wills
• Powers of Attorney
• Discharges of existing mortgages
• Purchase of property
• Sale of property

This ensures that you know at the outset the costs of the work which we will be undertaking. We can include in this an estimate of the outlays which we will be incurring in respect of the matter on your behalf.

In all cases at the commencement of any work which we undertake for you we will issue you with our Terms of Business. These set out in detail the basis of our charges and in cases where we do not give an estimate at the commencement then our charges are calculated on the basis set out in the Terms of Business.
