firm is one of the longest established in the area with Alexander MacHardy commencing
practice in Forfar in the 1870s. The legal firm has offices in Forfar and is experienced
in offering assistance to personal, commercial and agricultural clients.
With the individual expertise of our solicitors the firm is able to offer the

As estate agents based in Scotland, we also offer property services - whether
you are a domestic or commercial client interested in property sale or purchase.
Studied Law at University College London, obtaining a Degree in English Law and
subsequently studied Law at Edinburgh University, obtaining a Degree in Scots
Law. Admitted as a Solicitor in 1976 and now the Senior Partner of the Firm.
Studied law at Dundee, qualifying as a solicitor in 1993. Now mainly responsible
for the court work undertaken by the firm.
Studied law at Edinburgh, qualifying as a solicitor in 1981. Now mainly involved
in domestic conveyancing and estate agency work. |
